What is a court opinion?

A court opinion is an opinion commissioned by a judicial authority. The content of the order for a court report is always the determination of the disputed facts by the expert. Court opinions are used in both civil and criminal law. In some cases, court reports are also used in the area of labor law (e.g. when evaluating a computer workstation).
